The term, \u201cperpetual pavement\u201d refers to an inventive, tri-level,\nflexible road surface design and construction concept for the purpose of\nproviding deep strength within asphalt pavements for improved longevity.\nBasically, it is a new engineering approach for asphalt pavements to make them\nstronger and last much longer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
